Training & enabling teams on generative AI

1day
9modules
1agent built per participant

01 · SITUATION

The context

Teams were already using generative AI, without perspective on what a model can actually do, without reflexes on its real cost, without a shared ethical or regulatory framework. Result: siloed adoption, heterogeneous usages, impossible to deploy at scale without risk.

02 · PROGRAMME

9 modules, 1 day

History of AI & LLMs

Understanding what a language model really is, what it can and cannot do (through accessible analogies).

Prompting: basics & advanced

From prompt fundamentals to advanced techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, context structuring).

AI agents

What an AI agent is, how it works, and how to design the first one autonomously.

Ethics & regulation

Ethical framework, AI Act, GDPR. What every team must know before deploying.

Environmental impact & frugal AI

Real cost of AI, carbon footprint, frugal reflexes to adopt.

Hands-on exercise

Each participant builds their first AI agent. Interactive quizzes (Klaxoon) throughout the day.

03 · RESULTS

After training

A shared vocabulary foundation and critical perspective
Each participant leaves with an agent they built themselves
Teams able to explain what they are running, for whom, and what it costs
Programme resizable by audience (C-level → operational) and by sector
